In the article F&B Online Ordering Settings, you have learned the features that can be used from the F&B Online Ordering add-on setup. This article will further explain the effect that enabled features have on your restaurant's online order page.

Pick Up

If you activate the Take it yourself setting, customers can order online via your website to be sent instantly or can be taken directly to your restaurant outlet as shown below.

The default pick up location is the outlet location closest to your customer's address.

Your customers can also choose the outlet that you have marked as a Pickup Point to immediately take orders as shown below.

Interval Pick Up

If you have set your own interval pickup for taking online orders, the checkout page will display an option according to the interval you have previously specified.

For example, you have set 15 minutes as the pick-up time interval, then an option will appear every 15 minutes as shown below.

Online Orders will Enter the POS Automatically

Online orders will enter iSeller POS automatically and in real-time so that orders can be processed faster. The online order will automatically enter the register that you have previously specified.

To confirm receipt of online orders, please click the Accept button and then your restaurant will process the order.

When the order is completed in process, please click the Ready button and the order is just waiting to be picked up by your customer when choosing pick up in outlet or waiting to be picked up by GoSend driver when customer chooses instant delivery.

Show Outlet Options on Home Page

If you activate the Show outlet options setting on the home page, a selection of outlets will appear that can be selected by your customers to place online orders as shown below.

This feature is useful if your restaurant has a different menu or price at each outlet.

Minimum Order

If you enable the order There is a minimum order, then when the customer places an online order there is a minimum number of orders as you have specified.

Example 1:

If you apply the minimum order setting, it only applies to Delivery and has specified a minimum order amount as shown below.

So when a customer makes an online order whose order quantity does not meet the minimum number of orders that you have specified and uses instant delivery, a notification will appear like the following and the customer cannot continue to confirm the order.

Example 2:

If you apply the minimum order setting applies to all shipments and has specified a minimum order quantity as shown below.

So when a customer makes an online order whose order quantity does not meet the minimum number of orders you have specified and wants to proceed to the checkout order stage, a notification will appear like the following and the customer cannot continue to confirm the order.
