[Getting Started] Receiving Orders by Merchants

This article explains how to accept product orders at your online store on the iSeller web-admin.

You can view your order data on the web admin by going to the Orders menu. Click the order number that has been entered to process it.

In the Order Details panel, you can see whether customers have paid for their order. If there is still a Accept Payment button, then the customer has not paid for their order.

For iSeller Pay payment types, you cannot accept Payment because this process will automatically be completed when the payment is entered into iSeller. You can accept manual payments when the customer chooses the payment method Pay On Site or Manual Transfer.

When payment is confirmed, the display will change as shown below.

The next process is the fulfillment of goods, this process will begin when you have shipped the product to the customer.

In the Number of Items to Be Filled, you can set the number of items to be shipped. The weight of the item will follow the weight you entered when registering the item, refer to Product Weight Settings.

Then you can enter the shipping information according to the shipping courier chosen by the customer.

One of the advantages of using Integrated Delivery from iSeller is that you can ask the courier to pick up the package at the sender's address that is set on the Shipping Settings page.

Just activate the Call Courier To Get Package feature as shown in the picture below to make a courier request.

When finished, press the next button to continue.

Furthermore, you can set the package type, package size and weight in the shipment of the product ordered.

Note here that the package weight is 0.18 kg. The weight of this package will be added to the product information to calculate the total weight.

The default package weight will be included in the shipping calculation already once the customer checkouts. If the package selected at the time of fulfillment is not the default package, the shipping fee will be recalculated. To avoid differences in shipping costs due to packages, please refer to Package Volume Settings.

After completing the package's weight and volume, you can immediately press the Fulfill Items button to request the courier to pickup the order from the address specified.

After the item is fulfilled, the appearance will change to the following picture below.

Package Shipping Preparation

You'll see a new section after you have completed the fulfillment, please click the Menu button to see additional menus. and select Print Shipping Label.

Shipping labels are used to uniquely mark your package. Couriers who come to pick up the package will scan the printed label to enter into the system for tracking.

If you want to include the details of the product that you sent in your package, you can click the Print Package Items List button. But if you don't want to include it, you can immediately press the Print button to continue.

After you press the Print button, a new page will open and display a Shipping Label (PDF file) that you can print and paste onto your package.

You do not need to pay the courier when he arrives, if asked about the account number, it can be found in the lower left corner as shown in the picture below. Shipping costs will be reduced when iSeller makes a deposit to your store, refer to the Payout Report to see the details of the intended costs.

After that you can print this shipping label and paste it onto your package. On the right is the Shipping Label if you chose to include product details.

Details products you send to be seen on the right. Some agent the deployment will ask you to include details products such as this.

The product details are usually used for international shipments. When the recipient country import goods, it will be checked whether the goods sent may enter the country or not.

After all the above, you'll wait for the product to be sent to the customer. If the product has been successfully shipped, the status in the Fulfillment panel will change to Success as shown in the order status number # 8156 below.

Thus you have completed an order at your Online Store. In addition, if you feel that the domain provided by iSeller is not suitable for you to publish because it contains the words iSellershop, you can purchase a domain and connect it to the iSeller online store.
