This add-on is useful if you sell using SPG or a shop assistant. This add-on allows you to add servers who carry out your sales. Usually this feature is used for those of you who have a commission procedure for those who make sales so that you can record the assistant.
To add an server to the POS, make sure the POS for Service add-on has been installed as shown below.
If this add-on has been installed, then you will be able to add a server to the POS like the following steps.
Step 1: Please click the button that we have marked in the upper right corner and select the Add Server feature as shown below.
Step 2: Then a new page will display a list of servers available at your store. Server options must be added to user settings and the user must have POS access.
After the server has been added, the server name will appear on the right of your screen as shown below.
The server name will also appear on the shopping receipt as shown below.
Once the booking transaction is completed, the server name will also be proof of receipt and will be recorded on Sales Report, Transaction Report, Report of Payments, Profit & Loss Statement, and the User Report.
