You can start selling on GrabFood through the iSeller platform easily. The first step is to do the outlet mapping. Please follow the instructions below.

Step 1 : Click the Apps menu, then select the GrabFood add-on as shown below.

Step 2 : After the activation, a GrabFood sub-menu will appear below the Apps menu.

Step 3 : You can select which outlets you want to integrate in the Outlet Mapping section. If your restaurant is already listed in GrabFood, please switch on the Already listed in GrabFood button then fill in your GrabFood Merchant Name.

When you have finished inputting the outlet, please click the Activate button to complete the Outlet Mapping process.

After that, your GrabFood activation process will be processed and the iSeller will confirm your activation request. The normal activation process takes 3-5 working days. To speed up the process, you can contact us via live chat or WhatsApp.
