This article explains the steps you can take to resolve POS critical errors.

Critical Errors happens when your device storage is down or incorrect application usage, such as performing a force kill while the system is processing, resulting in data corruption and henceforth referred to as Critical Error.

The latest version of iSeller will automatically detect critical errors when the application is opened so that your local data can be backed up immediately. In addition, we also ensure the integrity of data storage in several important stages such as the checkout and complete order processes by ensuring the transactions are recorded properly.

Despite with the error, all existing data will be synced to iSeller Cloud where the data will be restored again in the next login. The following are the messages that will appear when critical errors are detected.

To prevent further damage, please make sure your device is connected to the internet and click OK for your data to be backed up. This process can take several minutes depending on the size of your data and your internet connection.


If the back up data exceeds the maximum size of automatic data transmission, a message below will be shown. You can send your data manually to us via email to ensure the security of your last transaction by clicking the Send Data button.

After send data, you will be log out automatically. If you unable send data, please contact us via Live Chat for further assistance.

If your back up data has been successfully sent to us, the below status will appear and you will log out automatically. Click the Live Chat button for further assistance if you are unsure with the file status.
