Change Billing Selection

Learn how to change the choice of payment plan for subscription packages and choose the payment methods that are already available.

The first time you choose an iSeller subscription package, you are asked to make a payment with several choice of methods. If you have previously chosen a credit card, iSeller will automatically charge your chosen credit card regularly (per month / per year). And conversely, if before you choose payment methods such as bank transfers via ATMs (including eBanking and mBanking), digital wallet payments, and vouchers, then you have to pay manually periodically.

We provide a feature to change the choice of payment method so that you can pay bills according to your needs.

To change your billing selection, please click on the Settings menu and then the Account sub-menu, then click on the Change Billing Preferences feature as shown below.

After you click the Change Billing Preferences feature, a form will appear as shown below.

On this form, you can choose the payment method that you want to change. There are 4 total payment methods available, namely:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit Card

  • Others (Internet Banking / Digital Payment)

  • Voucher

Payment method

Bank Transfer

If you choose the payment method using Bank Transfer, then on the next bill you can pay off the bill by pressing the Pay button that we have marked as shown below.

Each of these bills must be paid manually depending on your subscription package, whether per month or per year. For more information about paying bills, you can read the Bill Repayment article.

If you want to pay automatically, please choose to use a credit card.

If using a Bank Transfer payment, a dialog will appear where user payments will be processed in realtime.

Credit Card

If you choose the payment method using Credit Card, then some information will appear that must be completed first as shown below.

Others (Internet Banking / Digital Payment)

If you choose the payment method using Others (Internet Banking / Digital Payment), it will be the same as the payment method using Bank Transfer, which will show a Pay button to pay off the next bill at your store. Payment via Digital Payment in question is like OVO, GO-PAY, and others.

Each of these bills must be paid manually depending on your subscription package, whether per month or per year. For more information about paying bills, you can read the Bill Repayment article.

If you want to pay automatically, please choose to use a credit card.

Voucher

If you choose the payment method using a voucher, then you must fill in the voucher nominal code in the Voucher Code column first as shown below.

For payment methods other than using a Credit Card, bills will be sent to an email and from that email you can press the link for online payments. The link will direct you to the checkout page , where on the page you can choose the type of payment you want to pay the bill.

Coupon Code

To change your billing selection, you can also use coupon codes such as discounted fees or discounts. Coupon codes will be applied in the next billing and automatically cleared out after used.
