Kitchen Printer is used as an alternative to kitchen display to print orders in the kitchen so that chefs can read the order more easily. After the POS cashier has finished checkout, the order will be printed on the kitchen printer. Please follow the steps below to connect the POS to the kitchen printer.

Step 1

Connect your POS tablet with a Bluetooth Printer using a bluetooth connection on your tablet.

Step 2

Please enter the PIN that connects the bluetooth and POS printer. The PIN you must enter is 0000 or 1234.

Step 3

If the Bluetooth printer is under Paired Device, it means that your Bluetooth printer and tablet are connected.

Step 4

In your POS display, please click on the menu in the top left corner.

Step 5

Click Settings.

Step 6

In the column Hardware , click ADD HARDWARE.

Select Printer.

Step 8

Then press BTPrinter which has been connected via Bluetooth before.

Step 9

Press the Printer Type feature.

Step 10

Select Kitchen then press OK.

Step 11

Press check as marked in the picture to save settings.

Step 12

Congratulations! Kitchen Printer is connected. If the light is green, then the connection between POS and Kitchen Printer is connected and the connection is stable.

Next is the appearance of the kitchen printer prints.
