The last step to start selling on Shopee is configuring your listing settings. Listing represents the menu/items you want to sell on Shopee. Unlike Products, Listing contains specific information that will be published to each marketplace and can be different from product description in POS or online stores. Listings can also be associated with each product for centralized inventory management such as automatic inventory synchronization across your sales channels. To learn more about the concept of Listing, please read Introduction to Listing article.

This article will explain how to create and publish a listing to Shopee.

Step 1 : Please select Shopee on the Marketplaces as shown below.

Step 2: If you already have products on Shopee and want to automatically create listing products in iSeller, you can use the Import feature.

But if you do not already have a product on Shopee, you can add a new listing product by clicking the Add Product button.

TIP : If you already have products on iSeller and products on Shopee, you can use the iSeller import feature by setting Auto link listing to product that have the same SKU. That way, your listing product will be created and connected to the product on iSeller.

Step 3: Please fill in the General Information for the listing you wish to add. The mandatory information that you must fill in in this section is the Listing Title and Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).

TIP: When you enter the SKU in the listing that is already registered in the product, the listing will be automatically linked to the product. Listings linked to Products have many benefits, one of which is automatic stock cutting. To make the most of the iSeller system, we recommend all listings to be linked to the product.

Furthermore, the listing with the linked SKU will use general information from the linked product such as Description, Image, and Price. However, listing has the flexibility that certain information can be made different from linked product information. For example, Prices for Shopee listings can be made different from product prices in outlet stores.

To learn more about linking listings to products, please read the Linking Listings to Products article.

Step 4: Then when you have finished setting up your listing, please click Save if you want to edit and publish it later or you can click Save and Publish if you want to publish it directly to Shopee.

If you click Save and Publish, your listing status will change from Draft to Published as shown below, which means that your listing has been displayed on Shopee.

Congratulations! You have completed all the steps needed to start selling on Shopee with iSeller platform. As a summary, you have learned:
