iSeller Pay is a payment method with iSeller as the intermediary. One of the advantages of paying using iSeller Pay is that you don't have to make requests to the bank to wait for approval such as a cooperation agreement. You also don't need to bother confirming your payment because it will be automatically confirmed by the system when the payment goes to iSeller. iSeller will then forward the payment to your account with a processing fee deducted.

Before using iSeller Pay, you must activate iSeller Pay which can be read in the article Activating iSeller Pay. Then you can proceed to selecting the method you want to use.

The following are payment methods supported by iSeller Pay along with MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) or a discount for processing fees:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) : 2,75%
  • Additional Credit Card (American Express): 3.20%
  • Omni Payment (Bank Transfer, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Minimarket): 0.50% + Rp. 7500
  • BNI Yap! Pay : 1,80%
  • BCA installments - 3 months: 4.00% + Rp. 1,800
  • BCA Installments - 6 Months: 7,00% + Rp. 1,800
  • BCA Installments - 12 Months: 10.00% + Rp. 1,800
  • Maybank installments - 3 months: 4.00% + Rp. 1,800
  • Maybank Installments - 6 Months: 6.00% + Rp. 1,800
  • Maybank Installments - 12 Months: 9.00% + Rp. 1,800
  • Permata Installment - 12 Months: 9.00% + Rp. 1,800
  • Permata Installment - 24 Months: 13,50% + Rp. 1,800

Kartu Kredit (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX)

Your customers can pay for goods / products they buy from your Online Store with a Credit Card if you activate the Credit Card option.

First, of course the customer must choose Credit Card payment on the checkout page.

Then the customer will fill in the Credit Card details that they will use to pay.

After filling in the Credit Card details, the Customer can press the Confirm button to complete the payment. After the payment is fully paid, the system will send an email notification to the seller. To control who can send notification email, you can set it on the notification settings page.

The processing fee for Visa, MasterCard and JCB is 2.75% and for AMEX it is 3.20%.

Omni Payments (Bank Transfer, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Convenience Store / Minimarket)

Not only can you use a credit card, customers can also pay using an omni payment. However, omni payments can only be made with a minimum purchase of Rp. 50,000. Purchases under Rp. 50,000 will not be able to use the omni payment method. The processing fee is 0.5% + IDR 7,500. ISeller Omni payment includes:

  • Bank Transfer : Transfer from ATM to virtual account number.
  • Internet Banking : Transfer from bank via internet to virtual account number.
  • Mobile Banking : Transfer from bank via m-banking to virtual account number.
  • Convenience Store / Minimarket (Alfamart and Lawson): Payment via convenience stores using iSeller via 123.

Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking

When a Customer wants to pay using the Bank Transfer method, either through an ATM machine, Mobile Banking or Internet Banking, the customer will be given a virtual account number. This number is unique and can only be used once. You can set a maximum time limit for Customers to make transfers on the Settings> Payments menu as shown below.

To do this, the Customer must first choose the ATM / Bank Transfer payment method if you want to transfer via ATM, Internet Banking for transfers via the internet, and Mobile Banking for transfers via the smartphone application.

After confirmation, the customer will be given bank information and virtual account number. The virtual account number provided is a combination of No. Bank Account and Payment Reference Code. An example is the following image.

The No. bank account is 78433 and the Payment Reference Code is 9144990513. So customers can make a bank transfer to the virtual account number 784339144990513. The Payment Reference Code will change with every purchase, so the virtual account number can only be used once. Covenience Store / Minimarket

Apart from Bank Transfer, customers can also pay for their goods / products through mini markets such as Alfamart and Lawson. To do this, customers can select Convenience Store then Alfamart as payment method on the checkout page, then click the Confirm button.

After that the Customer will be given a Payment Reference Code which they can tell the minimarket cashier where they want to make a payment to make an iSeller payment via 123.

Convenience Store (Indomaret)

iSeller also supports payments using Convenience Stores (Indomaret). However, Payment for Convenience Stores (Indomaret) can only be made with a minimum purchase of Rp. 50,000. Purchases under Rp. 50,000 will not be able to use the omni payment method. The processing fee is 0.5% + IDR 7,500.

To do this, customers can select Convenience Store then Indomaret as the payment method on the checkout page, then click the Confirm button.

After that the Customer will be given a Payment Reference Code which they can tell the minimarket cashier where they want to make a payment to make Isellercommerce payments.

BNI Yap! Pay

iSeller also supports payments using BNI Yap! with a processing fee of 1.8%. To do this, customers can select BNI Yap! Pay as the payment method, then click Confirm.

After that a QR Code will appear which can be scanned via the BNI Yap! Application.

The customer then just has to open the BNI Yap! Application, select the option 'Pay Merchants' and select what will be used as a source of funds. On the BNI Yap! Customers can choose to make payments using a BNI debit card, BNI credit card, or electronic money (UnikQu).

Installment

Not only paying cash, customers can also make payments with credit card installments. Each payment in installments has a different processing fee which can be seen in the description section below the name of each installment.

Credit card installments that can be used include BCA, Maybank and Permata. You need to know that even though the payment is made in installments, the payment will still be forwarded in full to you by iSeller.

You can activate or deactivate the choice of bank and installment amount on the Settings> Payments menu as shown below.

To make a payment in installments, customers must spend a minimum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah). Then select Installment on the checkout page.

After that the customer can fill in the credit card data that you want to use to apply for installments at the bottom.

If the data entered is correct, the bank logo will light up and the customer can choose the amount of installments to be submitted. After that the customer can click the Confirm button to complete the payment.

Those are the payment methods that can be done with iSeller Pay. As previously explained, if you use iSeller Pay, payment confirmation is done automatically by the system and you don't have to bother with confirmation.

The next step after the order is successfully placed is to wait for payment to arrive and prepare for shipment. The incoming payment will be automatically read by the system after it is paid off. To prepare for delivery, please read the Fulfillment (Online) article .
