Product Mapping between iSeller and Accurate

In this article, you will learn how to do product mapping between iSeller and Accurate.

After you learn how to do outlet mapping, the next step to integrate with Accurate is to do product mapping. You can equate products and initial stock between iSeller and Accurate with the following steps.

Step 1: On the Apps menu > Accurate, select the Validate Product button.

Step 2: Then, a new pop up will appear as shown below.

There are two types of validation that you can do, namely:

  • You have products in iSeller, but don't have them in Accurate so you need to import products from iSeller to Accurate.

  • You have products in Accurate, but don't have them in iSeller so you need to import products from Accurate to iSeller.

Import Products from iSeller to Accurate

Step 1: In the Validate Product panel, please select Export Product to download the file to be imported into Accurate.

There are two excel files that you will get, namely for standard products and composite products. You can choose one or both as needed. The following are the steps for importing standard and composite products from iSeller to Accurate.

Standard Product

Step 1: After you select Export Product. Here is the excel file that you will get for standard product types.

Step 2: Make sure the data above is correct. If it is correct, please go to Database Accurate. Select the Inventory menu > Goods and Services sub menu.

Step 3: Then, you will be redirected to a new page. Select Import from Excel.

Step 4: Perform the standard product Import Process. Select Your Standard Product Excel File > Upload.

Notes: Don't forget to put a tick when confirming the import of the product as shown below.

Continue the import process until it is successful.

Product Composite

For Composite Products, there are special provisions when importing products from iSeller to Accurate, namely you need to carry out a 2-stage product import process. The first import process aims to import composite products, while the second aims to import standard products that are included in the composite products. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: After you select Export Product. Here is the excel file that you will get for the composite product type.

Notes: You need to change the product type to "GRP", Here is an excel file that has been converted to "GRP".

Step 2: Make sure the data above is correct. If it is correct, please go to Database Accurate. Select the Inventory menu > Goods and Services sub menu.

Step 3: Then, you will be redirected to a new page. Select Import from Excel for the first step of importing composite products.

Step 4: Perform the Import Process for composite products. Select Your Composite Products Excel File > Upload.

Notes: Don't forget to put a tick when confirming the import of the product as shown below.

Carry out the process of importing composite products until it is successful

The process of importing composite products for the first stage has been completed.

Step 5: Perform the second stage of importing composite products by going to the goods and services sub menu in the Accurate database > Select Import Group.

Step 6: Then, download the sample excel file according to the Accurate template.

Step 7 : The excel file will be downloaded automatically. Fill in the standard product data that is incorporated into the composite product. The image below explains that the composite product consists of standard Vans products with SP1 SKU and Converse with SP2 SKUs.

Step 8: Make sure the data above is correct. Perform the second stage of importing composite products using the excel file in step 7 > Upload.

Perform the process of importing the product until it is successful.

The second stage of import of Composite Products has been completed.

Import Products from Accurate to iSeller

Step 1: In the Validate Product panel in iSeller. Please select Export Product and the excel file will be downloaded automatically.

Step 3: Edit the excel file according to the format in iSeller.

Step 4: If the file is formatted correctly, then please import the product to iSeller by selecting Catalog Menu > Product Sub Menu > Import Products using an excel file that has been formatted.

Product Import from Accurate to iSeller is complete.

There are several things to know when doing product mapping:

  1. If there is a new product addition and you want to import the product again, make sure that only the new product is in the Excel file so that product duplication does not occur in Accurate.

  2. Make sure all the products you have have different SKUs and that there are no products that don't have SKUs.

  3. If you already have a product on both Accurate and iSeller, you can import the same product either from Accurate or from iSeller according to your needs when new products are added.
