Learn how to use vouchers payment method on your online shop.

Vouchers that you have created and grouped can be used by your customers as a payment method in your online shop. In this article, we will discuss how to apply the voucher, what happens when the voucher has expired, and how it looks like if the voucher has been successfully applied to your shopping cart.

To use voucher code as a payment method in an online shop, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Please select the voucher on the payment method page in the Vouchers & Points section as shown below.

Step 2 : Then, please enter the customer voucher code in the column provided as shown below.

If the voucher code is still available, a green check symbol will appear as shown below.

If the voucher is not found, a red cross symbol will appear and an explanation of the Invalid Voucher will appear as shown below.

The following is the display when the voucher used has expired. Voucher cannot applied at this time explanation will appear below the voucher code.

The Voucher already used message will appear when the voucher been used.

If the voucher code is successfully claimed, the voucher will enter the payment cart as one of the payment methods as shown below.

If the customer does not want use the voucher code that has been claimed, please click the remove icon .

Step 3 : After that, the customer just needs to click the Confirm button and an information pop up will appear as shown below.

If the customer has approved all transactions in your shop, the voucher code that has been claimed will automatically be unusable for the next use.
