To activate payment using ShopeePay on your online shop, please follow the steps below.
Please click the Settings menu, then the Payments sub-menu.
On the Online Shop panel, scroll down to the Digital Wallet section.
Click the button next to ShopeePay to activate payment with ShopeePay. Then click Edit ShopeePay Account on the menu that opens to make account settings.
In the pop-up menu that opens, you can change your account information. If you have activated iSeller Pay, the initial listed information is the information you entered when activating your iSeller Pay. The data you enter will be used to receive payment deposits with ShopeePay because all transactions will go to the iSeller balance.
If the listed information is correct, you can immediately click the Save button to save the settings.
After that, your ShopeePay activation process will be processed and iSeller will confirm your activation request. Once active, your customers can use ShopeePay as a payment method in your online shop.
The following is a display of payment methods with ShopeePay on your Online Store. After the customer selects ShopeePay as the payment method, your customer can just click the Confirm button.
Then a QR Code will appear that your customers can scan with your customer's Shopee application to complete the payment.
Like iSeller Pay, payments with Digital Wallet will go to iSeller first and will be confirmed automatically. Payments will be forwarded to the account that you previously registered with the deducted MDR fee.
