Payment Settings with TADA (Online)

Learn about how to activate payments with TADA and how to make payments using TADA at online stores.

To activate payment using TADA in your shop, please follow the steps below.

​Step 1: Please click the Apps menu then the Tada sub-menu as shown below.

Step 2: Then please fill in the data required for the activation of TADA in your store.

  • Enable Top Up Point: This function determines whether your shop can collect points.

  • Enable Redeem eGift: This function determines whether your shop can redeem eVouchers.

  • Online Store: This function will be filled with Username, Password, and Cashier PIN which are useful for activating the TADA add-on.

  • Program Id, Wallet Id, MID, Username, Password, Cashier Pin: You will get this data from TADA and input it in the column provided by iSeller according to the image above.

After that, press the Save button to activate the payment using TADA in your shop.

The following shows the payment method using TADA at POS.

Collect Point

Thus customers can collect points with TADA when shopping at your Online Store. After the Customer enters the mobile phone number in the column provided, the Customer just needs to click the Confirm button.

After that, the point will go to the mobile number that has been entered in the TADA application.

Redeem eVoucher

To redeem eVouchers at POS, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Please select TADA on the payment method page in the Vouchers section as shown below.

Step 2: Then, please enter the customer eVoucher code in the column provided as shown below.

If the eVoucher code is successfully claimed, the eVoucher will enter the payment cart as one of the payment methods as shown below.

If the customer does not use the eVoucher code that is already claimed, please click remove icon.

Step 3: After that, the customer just needs to click the Confirm button and an information pop up will appear as shown below.

If the customer has approved all transactions in your shop, the eVoucher code that has been claimed will automatically be unusable.
