iSeller provides one of the features to manage cards that are used as a payment method namely Manage Card.


To access this feature, you can open your POS application and click the button as we have marked it as shown below.

Manage Cards has several features that can be used to manage your card.

  • Current Amount: Current Amount will display the balance information on your customer's card when the card has been affixed to the NFC Card Reader.

  • Print Bill: Print Bill is used to print every transaction on your customer's card.

  • History: History will display transactions on your customer's card.

  • Adjust: Adjust is used to adjust the amount of balance on your customer card when performing a top up but the balance is not included.

  • Clear: Clear is used to empty the balance on your customer card.

  • Refund: Refund is used to return the remaining balance on the card to your customer.

  • Top Up: Top Up is used to top up or send an amount of funds that your customers can use to shop.

The following will explain the steps for using each of the features available on Manage Card.

Print Bill

Step 1: Please click Print Bill.

Step 2: Then transaction details will appear on the scanned card.

Please click Print to print transactions on the scanned card.

History

Step 1: Please click History.

Step 2: Then transaction details will appear on the scanned card.

Adjust

Step 1: Please click Adjust.

Step 2: Then a pop-up page will appear for you to fill in the balance you wish to add to the card.

When you have filled in the balance you wish to enter, please click OK to continue the adjustment process.

Step 3: After that a pop-up page will appear if the balance is being adjusted as shown below.

Step 4: After the adjustment process is successful, then the balance on the card will increase according to the balance that was previously entered.

Clear

Step 1: Please click Clear.

Step 2: Then a confirmation pop-up page will appear to delete the balance on the card as shown below.

Click Yes to continue the process of deleting the balance on the card.

Step 3: Then a pop-up page will appear if the balance is in the process of being deleted as shown below.

Step 4: After the deletion process is successful, the balance on the card will be 0.

Refund

Step 1: Please click Refund.

Step 2: Then a confirmation pop-up page will appear to return the remaining balance on the card to your customer as shown below.

Please click Yes to continue the process of returning the balance.

Step 3: Then a pop-up page will appear if the balance is in the process of returning as shown below.

Step 4: After the process of returning the balance successfully, the balance on the card will be 0.

Top Up

Step 1: Please click Top Up.

Step 2: Enter the amount of balance you want to put on the card.

Then please click OK to continue the top up process.

Step 3: Then the cost details that you want to be entered on the card will appear.

Click Pay to continue the top up process.

Step 4: Then please select the desired payment method to fill the balance on the card.

Step 5: Then please click Complete Order to complete the top up process.

Step 6: After that a pop-up page will appear that the top up is being processed as shown below.

Step 7: After the top up process is successful, a balance statement will appear and the balance on the card will appear as shown below.
