To reset the password on your store account, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click the Forgot Password button on the main login store page.

Step 2: Then, you will be directed to a new page to fill in the email address as shown below.

If you have already filled in an email address, please click the Submit button for us to send the link to reset your store account password.

Step 3: Then a pop-up page will appear in the form of a notification to reset the password has been sent to the e-mail address that you entered earlier as shown below.

Step 4: Then please check your email to see instructions on how to reset your password as shown below.

Please click the Reset Password button to continue the process of resetting your password.

Step 5: After you click the Reset Password button , you will be directed to a new page like the image below to enter a new password.

After you have filled in a new password for your store account, click the Reset Password button to continue the password change process.

Step 6: After that a pop-up page will appear containing a notification that your store account password has been successfully changed.
