This article will explain how to connect a printer device with iSeller POS.

This article will explain how to connect a Bluetooth Printer with POS and an Ethernet Printer with POS.


Please follow the steps below to connect the Printer to the POS.

Printer Bluetooth

Step 1: Connect your POS tablet to the printer using a Bluetooth connection from your device.

Step 2: Please enter the Bluetooth Pairing Request PIN to connect the printer and POS.

It should be noted, to connect each printer and POS has a different PIN. Therefore, it is recommended that you see the PIN in your printer's user guide .

Step 3: If the printer has been paired as below, then your printer is connected via a Bluetooth connection.

Step 4: In your POS view, please click the three-line icon in the upper left corner.

Step 5: Please click Settings.

Step 6: In the Hardware column, click Add Hardware.

Step 7: Please select Printer.

Step 8: Then select T12 BT Printer which has been connected via Bluetooth before.

If a printer that has been paired but does not appear in the list, then the printer is not supported by iSeller. You can connect by entering the printer address manually, but because the printer is not supported by iSeller, we cannot guarantee that the printer is running smoothly.

For printer devices that are supported by iSeller, you can buy from us directly via the website or Hotline Sales 0812 1111 8300.

Step 9: Before you add a printer, you can set the paper size and choose the type of printer according to your needs in the Paper Size and Printer Type fields.
After that, please click the checkmark logo in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

Step 10: Congratulations! Your printer device is connected. If the light is green, then the connection between the POS and the printer is stable.

Printer Ethernet

Step 1: Make sure your tablet and printer are connected to the same network.

Step 2: In your POS view, please click the three-line icon in the upper left corner.

Step 3: Please click Settings.

Step 4: In the Hardware column, click Add Hardware.

Step 5: Please select Printer.

Step 6: Then select Seiko Epson which has been connected via Ethernet before.

If a printer that has been paired but does not appear in the list, then the printer is not supported by iSeller. You can connect by entering the printer address manually, but because the printer is not supported by iSeller, we cannot guarantee that the printer is running smoothly.

Step 7: Before you add a printer, you can set the paper size and choose the type of printer according to your needs in the Papper Size and Printer Type fields.
After that, please click the checkmark logo in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

Step 8: Congratulations! Your printer device is connected. If the light is green, then the connection between the POS and the printer is stable.
