Before using mPOS Cashlez, you must activate it first. To activate the Cashlez mPOS device, you can contact us via live chat or contact us via WhatsApp.
Connecting EDC Cashlez
Step 1: Connect your POS tablet to the Cashlez mPOS device using a bluetooth connection from your device.
Step 2: Please enter the Password Key that connects Cashlez and POS mPOS devices. A password lock is already displayed on the Bluetooth installation request.
Step 3: If the Cashlez mPOS device is under Paired Device, it means that your Cashlez mPOS device and table are connected.
Make sure only 1 Cashlez mPOS device is connected / paired to your tablet. If more than 1 mPOS Cashlez is connected, a connection error will occur when paying using mPOS Cashlez.
Step 4: In your POS view, please click the three-line icon in the upper left corner.
Step 5: Please click Settings.
Step 6: In the Hardware column, click Add Hardware.
Step 7: Please select the Card Reader.
Step 8: Then select CP100S which has been connected via Bluetooth before.
Step 9: Click the checkmark in the upper right corner of your screen.
Step 10: Congratulations! Your mPOS Cashlez device is already connected. If the light is green, the connection between POS and mPOS Cashlez is stable.
Make sure only 1 Cashlez mPOS device is connected / paired to your tablet. If more than 1 mPOS Cashlez is connected, a connection error will occur when paying using mPOS Cashlez.
Once your Cashlez mPOS device has been activated and connected to your iSeller POS, you can immediately use your Cashlez mPOS device to accept credit and debit card payments.
