Electronic Receipt Settings

Learn about the e-receipt settings that will be sent to your customer's e-mail when the transaction is completed.

E-Receipt iSeller was created with the aim of reducing paper usage. You can send shopping receipts to your customer's email via the POS application after the transaction is completed.

To access the electronic receipt settings, please click on the Sales Channels menu then the Point of Sale sub-menu. Then navigate to the Receipt View panel and see the Electronic Receipt section as shown below.

If you have activated the Enable iSeller eReceipt button, the option will appear to send eReceipt from the cash register. As can be seen in the picture below, the cashier can press the letter icon button to send eReceipt to the customer's email.

E-Receipt Configuration Settings

In the eReceipt Configuration setting view, please click on the pen icon to add or change an existing display to add an electronic receipt. Here is how it looks.

After you click the pen icon button, the Electronic Receipt Data Settings page will appear.

The following is an explanation of what can be changed and what are the effects of these changes.

  1. Logo Link URL: Link that will open a new page if the logo is eReceipt clicked. You can enter the URL link with the website you have. If you don't have a website, you can fill it with # characters.

  2. Email Sender: Email your store that will send eReceipt to the customer's email

  3. Receipt Header: Additional info in the form of text at the top of eReceipt

  4. Receipt Header 2: Additional info in the form of text at the top of eReceipt located below the Receipt Header

  5. Subject Line: Subject Line for customers. If this field is left empty, the subject line will be "[iSellerMy] eReceipt - (Order Reference Number)".

  6. Footer Text: Additional info in the form of text at the bottom of eReceipt. If you enter [Store Link] in this section, then when the email is sent, it will be the Store Name that can be clicked into the website that you wrote on the Logo Link URL.

  7. Marketing Message: Additional info in the form of text at the bottom of eReceipt which is located under the Text section of the Footer.

  8. Facebook: Facebook link that will appear at the bottom of eReceipt in the form of a clickable logo.

  9. Twitter: The Twitter link that will appear at the bottom of eReceipt in the form of a clickable logo.

  10. Instagram: Instagram link that will appear at the bottom of eReceipt in the form of a clickable logo.

  11. Pinterest: Pinterest link that will appear at the bottom of eReceipt in the form of a clickable logo.

  12. Customer Email: Customer Email Link which will appear at the bottom of eReceipt in the form of a clickable logo.
