To activate GO-PAY payments on your store, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Please click the Settings menu then the Payments sub-menu. Navigate to the Point of Sale panel and look at the Digital Wallet section as marked in the following image.
Step 2: Click the Register GO-PAY Account button, then a form will appear as shown below.
Store Merchant Settings: This panel will be filled automatically according to the Store Name and Store Phone Number. If iSeller Pay has been registered previously, all the information that needs to be filled in will be automatically filled in the GO-PAY details.
Bank Account Details: Information regarding your store bank account details. Please double check all the information you enter in these details, because iSeller will send the deposit money to the bank account you registered.
After that, your GO-PAY activation process will be processed and iSeller will confirm your activation request.
The following shows the payment method using GO-PAY on POS.
After you click GO-PAY, a new page will appear in the form of a QR Code which will be scanned by the customer to make payments via GO-PAY as shown below.
The QR Code already contains the total costs that customers must pay to your store. Customers only need to scan the QR Code, then a payment confirmation will appear on your customer's smartphone to approve and make a payment.
All payments using integrated GO-PAY will go to the iSeller account and forwarded to the merchant every Tuesday and Friday.
