This article explains the features in the report menu in iSeller Admin App.

The report feature in the iSeller Admin App allows you to review the business performance of your store, anytime anywhere through an internet connection.

To access the Reports feature, open the Navigation Menu and select Reports.

Below is showing the appearance of the Report page in iSeller Admin App.

As shown in the picture above, there are several types of Reports namely:

Sales Report

Sales Report displays sales amount recorded in the iSeller platform.

Above picture shows the Sales Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The Sales Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the Sales Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then, tap the Select Dimensions.

You will find a list of additional dimensions that you can include to the sales report.

Below is explanation of each dimension:

  • Channel: Sales channel (POS or online store) will be added to the report.

  • Outlet: Outlet where sales occur will be added to the report

  • Register: Cashier (register device) will be added to the report

  • User: Username will be added to the report

  • Server: Name of the employee serving will be added to the report.

  • Fulfillment Status: Fulfillment status of orders will be added to the report

  • Payment Status: Payment status of orders will be added to the report

  • Status: Overall status of orders will be added to the report

  • Customer Name: Customer name will be added to the report

  • Customer Country: Customer's country will be added to the report

  • Customer City: Customer's city will be added to the report

  • Customer State: Customer's province will be added to the report

  • Customer ID: ID (can be an email or username) of the customer will be added to the report.

Adding Metrics

You can add additional metrics into the Sales Report. To add additional metrics, top on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then, tap the Select Metrics.

You will find a list of additional metrics options that you can add to the sales report.

Below is explanation of each metrics:

  • Refund Amount: Refund amount will be added to the report.

  • Additional Charges: Amount of additional charges will be added to the report.

  • Taxes: Tax amount on order will be added to the report.

  • Discounts: Discount amount on order will be added to the report.

  • Promotions: Promotion amount on order will be added to the report.

  • Shipping: Shipping fee amount will be added to the report.

  • Rounding: Rounding amount will be added to the report.

  • Customers: Customers name will be added to the report.

  • Item Quantities: Quantities of items sold will be added to the report.

Report Type

In sales report, you can change the type of sales report by tapping the blue text under Report Type.


Then, you will see a list of available Sales Report types.

Below is explanation of each sales report type:

  • Sales by Month: Sales will be categorized by Month

  • Sales by Day: Sales will be categorized by Day

  • Sales by Hour: Sales will be categorized by Hour

  • Sales by Year: Sales will be categorized by Year

  • Sales by Channel: Sales will be categorized by Channel

  • Sales by Outlet: Sales will be categorized by Outlet

  • Sales by Register: Sales will be categorized by Register

  • Sales by Customer: Sales will be categorized by Customer

  • Sales by User: Sales will be categorized by User

  • Sales by Discount: Sales will be categorized by Discount

  • Sales by Promotion: Sales will be categorized by Promotion

  • Sales Summary: Shows a summary of sales

Channel

In sales report, you can change the report view based on sales channels. To change sale channel view, tap the blue text under the Channel.

Then, select the sales channel you would want to view.

Below is explanation of each report channel:

  • All: Sales report will include sales from all sales channels.

  • Online: Sales report will include sales from Online Store.

  • Point of Sale: Sales report will include sales from Point of Sale.

  • Social Media: Sales report will include sales from Social Media. (COMING SOON)

Date Filter

You can filter Sales Report based on the time period of sales. To filter the period of sales, tap the blue text under the Date Filter.

Then, you will see a list of available date filter you can choose.

Below is explanation of each date filter:

  • Last 7 Days: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last 7 days.

  • Last 30 Days: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last 30 days.

  • Last 90 Days: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last 90 days.

  • Last Month: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last Month.

  • This Month: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales in this Month.

  • This Week: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales in this Week.

  • This Year: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from this Year.

  • Today: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales in Today.

  • Yesterday: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from Yesterday.

  • Custom: Sales reports will be filtered to the period that you have set.

Product Sales Report

Product Sales Report displays product sales that recorded in the iSeller platform.


Above picture shows the Product Sales Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The Product Sales Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the Product Sales Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then, tap the Select Dimensions.

You will find a list of additional dimensions that you can include to your product sales report.

Below is explanation of each dimension:

  • Product Type: Product Type will be added to the report.

  • SKU: SKU Variant will be added to the report.

  • Variant Title: Variant title will be added to the report.

  • Price: Product price will be added to the report.

  • Vendor: Vendors will be added to the report.

  • Channel: Sales channel (POS or online store) will be added to the report.

  • Outlet: Outlet where sales occur will be added to the report.

  • Register: Cashier (register device) will be added to the report.

  • User: Username will be added to the report.

  • Fulfillment Status: Fulfillment status of orders will be added to the report.

  • Customer Name: Customer name will be added to the report.

  • Customer Country: Customer's country will be added to the report.

  • Customer City: Customer's city will be added to the report.

  • Customer State: Customer's province will be added to the report

Adding Metrics

You can add additional metrics into the Product Sales Report. To add additional metrics, top on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then, tap the Select Metrics.

You will find a list of additional metrics options that you can add to the product sales report.

Below is explanation of each metrics:

  • Units Refunded: Quantity of refunded units will be added to the report.

  • Discount: Discount amount on order will be added to the report.

  • Promotions: Promotion amount on order will be added to the report.

  • Taxes: Tax amount on order will be added to the report.

Report Type

In product sales report, you can change the type of product sales report by tapping the blue text under Report Type.

Then, you will see a list of available Product Sales Report types

Below is explanation of each sales report type:

  • Collection: Product sales will be categorized by Collection.

  • Product: Product sales will be categorized by Product.

  • Product Type: Product sales will be categorized by Product Type.

  • Product Variant: Product sales will be categorized by Product Variant.

  • Tag: Product sales will be categorized by Tag.

  • Vendor: Product sales will be categorized by Vendor.

Channel

In product sales report, you can change the report view based on sales channels. To change sale channel view, tap the blue text under the Channel.

Then, select the sales channel you would want to view.

  • All: Sales report will include sales from all sales channels.

Date Filter

You can filter Product Sales Report based on the time period of sales. To filter the period of sales, tap the blue text under the Date Filter.

Then, you will see a list of available date filter you can choose.

Below is explanation of each date filter:

  • Last 7 Days: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last 7 days.

  • Last 30 Days: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last 30 days.

  • Last 90 Days: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last 90 days.

  • Last Month: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from last Month.

  • This Month: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales in this Month.

  • This Week: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales in this Week.

  • This Year: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from this Year.

  • Today: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales in Today.

  • Yesterday: Sales report will be filtered to only include sales from Yesterday.

  • Custom: Sales reports will be filtered to the period that you have set.

Inventory Report

Inventory Report displays products inventory tracked in the iSeller platform.

Above picture shows the Inventory Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The Inventory Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Picture below shows the screen of Product Sales Report in Chart view.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the Inventory Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then, tap the Select Dimensions

You will find a list of additional dimensions that you can include to your inventory report.

Below is explanation of each dimension:

  • Outlet: Outlet info will be added to the report.

  • Unit of Measurement: UOM will be added to the report.

  • Product Type: Product type will be added to the report.

  • SKU: SKU will be added to the report.

  • Variant Title: Variant title will be added to the report..

  • Collection: Collection will be added to the report.

  • Price: Product price will be added to the report.

  • Vendor: Vendors will be added to the report.

  • Tag: Tags will be added to the report.

There is no additional Metrics in Inventory Report.

Report Type

In inventory report, you can change the type of inventory report by tapping the blue text under Report Type.

Then, you will see a list of available Inventory Report types.

Below is explanation of each sales report type:

  • Inventory Summary: Summary of available products inventory.

  • Low Stock Inventory: Display products inventory that are about to run out.

  • Inventory History: Displays history of a product. This report shows the initial inventory of a product as well as the increases/decreases that happened on the product.

Channel

In inventory report, you can change the report view based on sales channels. To change sale channel view, tap the blue text under the Channel.

Then, select the sales channel you would want to view.

Below is explanation of each report channel:

  • All: Sales report will include sales from all sales channels.

  • Online: Sales report will include sales from Online Store.

  • Point of Sale: Sales report will include sales from Point of Sale.

  • Social Media: Sales report will include sales from Social Media. (COMING SOON)

Date Filter

You can filter Inventory Report based on time period. To filter the report period, tap the blue text under the Date Filter.

Then, you will see a list of available date filter you can choose.

Below is explanation of each date filter:

  • Last 7 Days: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales from last 7 days.

  • Last 30 Days: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales from last 30 days.

  • Last 90 Days: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales from last 90 days.

  • Last Month: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales from last Month.

  • This Month: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales in this Month.

  • This Week: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales in this Week.

  • This Year: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales from this Year.

  • Today: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales in Today.

  • Yesterday: Inventory report will be filtered to only include sales from Yesterday.

  • Custom: Inventory reports will be filtered to the period that you have set.

Transaction Report

Transaction Report displays transactions that recorded in the iSeller platform.

Above picture shows the Transaction Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The Transaction Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the Transaction Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then, tap the Select Dimensions.

You will find a list of additional dimensions that you can include to your transaction report.

Below is explanation of each dimension:

  • Transaction Date Hour: Transaction time will be added to the report.

  • Payment Method: Payment method will be added to the report.

  • Channel: Sales channel will be added to the report.

  • Outlet: Outlet will be added to the report.

  • Register: Cashier (register device) will be added to the report.

  • User: Username will be added to the report.

  • Order Amount: Number of order will be added to the report.

  • Fulfillment Status: Fulfillment status of orders will be added to the report.

  • Total Items: Number of items will be added to the report.

  • Customer Country: Customer's country will be added to the report.

  • Customer City: Customer's city will be added to the report.

  • Customer State: Customer's state will be added to the report.

Transaction reports have no additional metrics at all

Report Type

You can change the type of Transaction Report by clicking the blue text under Report Type .

then, you will see a list of available Transaction Report types

Below is explanation of each sales report type:

  • Transaction Details: Display detail information of each transaction which include product title.

  • Transaction List: Display information of each transaction.

  • Transaction Summary : Display a summary of transactions.

Channel

In transaction report, you can change the report view based on sales channels. To change sale channel view, tap the blue text under the Channel.

Then, select the sales channel you would want to view

Below is explanation of each report channel:

  • All: Transaction report will include sales from all sales channels.

  • Online: Transaction report will include sales from Online Store.

  • Point of Sale: Transaction report will include sales from Point of Sale.

  • Social Media: Transaction report will include sales from Social Media. (COMING SOON)

Payment Report

Payment Report displays reports of payment type that recorded in the iSeller platform.

Above picture shows the Payment Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The Payment Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the Payment Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then in the next screen, please select Select Dimensions

You will find a list of additional dimensions that you can include to your payment report.

Following is an explanation of each dimension choice:

  • Card Type: Card type will be added to the report.

  • Type: Transaction type will be added to the report.

  • Outlet: Outlet where payment occur will be added to the report.

  • Register: Cashier (register device) will be added to the report.

  • User: Username will be added to the report

  • Customer Name: Customer name will be added to the report

  • Customer Country: Customer's country will be added to the report

  • Customer City: Customer's city will be added to the report

  • Customer State: Customer's state will be added to the report

There is no additional Metrics in Payment Report.

  • Payment By Channel: Payment report based on sales channel

  • Payment By Method: Payment report based on payment method

  • Payment By Day: Payment report based on payment day

In payment report, you can change the report view based on sales channels. To change sale channel view, tap the blue text under the Channel.

Then, select the sales channel you would want to view

Register Report

Register Report displays reports of cash register reports in the iSeller platform.

Above picture shows the Register Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The Register Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the Register Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then in the next screen, please select Select Dimensions

You will find a list of additional dimensions that you can include to your register report.

Report Type

In register report, you can change the type of payment report by tapping the blue text under Report Type.

then, you will see a list of available Register Report types

Below is explanation of each payment report type:

  • Register Activities by User: Register report based on users activities.

  • Register Closure Summary: Register report based on register closings.

Date Filter

You can filter Register Report based on time period. To filter the report time, tap the blue text under the Date Filter.

Then, you will see a list of available date filter you can choose.

Below is explanation of each date filter:

  • Last 7 Days: Register report will be filtered to only include sales from last 7 days.

  • Last 14 Days: Register report will be filtered to only include sales from last 14 days.

  • Last 21 Days: Register report will be filtered to only include sales from last 21 days.

  • Last 28 Days: Register report will be filtered to only include sales from last 28 days.

  • Custom: Register reports will be filtered to the period that you have set.

Tax Report

Tax Report displays tax reports that recorded in the iSeller platform.

Above picture shows the Tax Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The Tax Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the Tax Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then in the next screen, please select Select Dimensions

You will find a list of additional dimensions that you can include to your tax report.

Following is an explanation of each dimension choice:

  • Day: Add day dimension to your tax report

  • Year: Add year dimension to your tax report

  • Month: Add month dimension to your tax report

  • Hour: Add hour dimension to your tax report

  • State / Province: Add state / province dimension to your tax report

There is no additional Metrics in Tax Report.

Report Type

There is only one report type in tax report. The Tax by Rates report type. It is based on the tax rate.

Channel

In tax report, you can change the report view based on sales channels. To change sale channel view, tap the blue text under the Channel.

Then, select the sales channel you would want to view

Below is explanation of each report channel:

  • All: Sales report will include sales from all sales channels.

  • Online: Sales report will include sales from Online Store.

  • Point of Sale: Sales report will include sales from Point of Sale.

  • Social Media: Sales report will include sales from Social Media. (COMING SOON)

User Report

User Report displays user work shift records in the iSeller platform.

Above picture shows the User Report in Grid view. You can change the report view to display in a Chart. To change report view, tap the box logo at the top right corner of your screen.

Then, select Chart. The User Report will then presented in form of Chart.

Add Dimensions

You can include additional dimensions into the User Report. To add dimensions, tap on the three dots logo at the top right corner.

Then, tap the Select Dimensions

In user report, there are 2 dimensions available to choose from:

  • Register: Register device will be added to the report.

  • Outlet: Outlet will be added to the report.

Transaction reports have no additional metrics at all

Date Filter

You can filter User Report based on time period. To filter report date, tap the blue text under the Date Filter.

Then, you will see a list of available date filter you can choose.

Below is explanation of each date filter:

  • Last 7 Days: User report will be filtered to only include sales from last 7 days.

  • Last 14 Days: User report will be filtered to only include sales from last 14 days.

  • Last 21 Days: User report will be filtered to only include sales from last 21 days.

  • Last 28 Days: User report will be filtered to only include sales from last 28 days.

  • Custom: User reports will be filtered to the period that you have set.
