This feature is used when the payment process and checkout want to be done later. For example the buyer has ordered but cannot pay due to lack of money, then the order in the basket can be stored and retrieved later after the buyer has withdrawn the money.

Please follow the steps below to save the basket through your POS.

Enter the order that your customer bought. Then click the menu in the upper right corner as marked in the image below.

In the next screen, please press Save Cart to save the basket.

To retrieve a shopping basket that has been saved, please follow the steps below.

Click the menu in the upper right corner like the image below.

In the next screen, please select Retrieve Cart to retrieve the basket that has been saved.

The display that you will see is a list of baskets that have been saved. Please select from the list which basket you want to display.

Click OK to continue the shopping cart collection process.

Congratulations! Your cart has been retrieved.
