Synchronization

In this panel, there are three sections that you can use to adjust the synchronization schedule on sales transactions, transfers, and customer data.

Here is the explaination:

Sync Mode

You can set a synchronization schedule for sales transactions that occur with the following options.

  • Synchronize Real Time: If you select this type, the synchronization of sales transactions will be carried out in real time or at the time the transaction was made.

  • Automatically Synchronize Transactions to Accurate on Register Shift Closing : If you choose this type, the synchronization of sales transactions will be done when the shift register is closed.

  • Sync on Scheduled Time : If you choose this type, the synchronization of sales transactions will be carried out at certain hours that you can specify.

Transfer Sync

You can set the synchronization schedule for transfers from outlets to outlets / warehouses and stock taking is done through iSeller with the Enable automatic transfer synchronization button.

If activated, then every transfer from outlet to outlet and stock taking made through iSeller will be synchronized in Accurate according to the certain hours you specify.

If it is deactivated, then every transfer from outlet to outlet and stock taking made through iSeller will be synchronized in real time on Accurate.

Notes: For every transfer in or purchase of goods from suppliers, it is done through Accurate and will be synchronized in real time on the iSeller, whether the automatic transfer synchronization button is active or inactive.

Customer Data Mapping

You can manage customer data by using the Use Id in customer data as the mapping in Accurate button.

If activated, the customer ID between iSeller and Accurate will be the same. If disabled, the customer ID will be randomly generated by Accurate.

However, if in iSeller you do not include a customer ID number, then in Accurate, the customer ID will be randomly generated even though the button has been activated.

The picture above is an example of customer data recorded in Accurate. Elon Mask and Steve Jobs have random IDs, while Mark Zuckeberg has IDs that match those on iSeller.

Notes: You can see a list of customers who have ID and those who don't in the Customers menu in iSeller.

Integration Data Check

There are two types of synchronization data checking which consist of:

Synchronization Status

Synchronization status is carried out to check data from iSeller to Accurate such as (Outlet to Outlet Transfer, Stock Opname, and Sales Transactions).

For the complete integration process, please select View Details. Details will appear as shown below.

The status of the success or failure of the synchronization process can be seen in the status column. If Success, then the synchronization is successful. If Failed, then the synchronization failed.

If the synchronization fails, then please select the exclamation mark icon in the failed sync action column.

Then, you will find out the reason for the failure of the sync process as shown below.

The picture above shows that the process of transferring out or transferring outlets to outlets has not been synchronized before so you need to make repairs first.

If you have made repairs, do a sync refresh.

The synchronization status will change to success.

Notes: Every synchronization must be done from the very bottom or the very beginning so that the synchronization process does not run the risk of failure.
