For those of you who use the WhatsApp Notification add-on to send proof of transactions to customers who have successfully made payment orders both through online stores and POS, you can follow the steps below to make the settings.
Before starting the settings for Receipt, make sure that you have installed and activated the WhatsApp Notification add-on for Receipt as shown below.

Settings in Receipt Template
If you have activated the WhatsApp Notification add-on for Receipt. So, the next step is to set it up.
Step 1: Select the Sales Channels menu > Select the Point of Sales sub-menu.
Step 2: Scroll down until you find the Receipt Template panel > Enable Send Receipt via WhatsApp to blue.
If the settings are complete, the WhatsApp Notification Add-On for Receipt can already be used.
Display Notification Receipt on WhatsApp
When your customer has successfully made a payment transaction on an order at an online store and POS, the customer will get a proof of transaction notification that will be sent by iSeller via WhatsApp.
