Already explained in the previous article on Access Limitation for Web Admin, steps to set up access limitation on web-admin for employees / users in your store.
In this article iSeller will provide access limitation recommendations for several employees / users such as Manager (Store Owner), Head of Warehouse, and Cashier at your store which will affect the iSeller Admin App.

Manager (Store Owner)

The Manager (Store Owner) will always have access to the web admin and POS application and such access cannot be turned off.

Head of Warehouse

iSeller recommends access for Warehouse Heads, i.e. Transfers, Inventory, and Inventory Reports.

iSeller also recommends advanced security arrangements for Head of Warehouse to only edit inventory, change transfers and accept transfers.

This setting will later affect the iSeller Admin App when logging in with the Warehouse Head account. For example, the Head of the Warehouse is only given access to the Inventory Report, so the report that appears in the Head of the Warehouse account is only the Inventory Report.

Cashier

iSeller recommends access for Cashiers namely Orders, Inventory, and Inventory Reports.
iSeller also recommends advanced security arrangements for Cashiers to only see inventory, cannot change the purchase price and selling price, and cannot change and accept transfers.

This setting will later affect the iSeller Admin App when logging in with the Cashier account. For example, Cashiers are given access to the Orders menu, the Order menu will appear as shown below.

Cashiers are also given access to the Inventory Reports, so the reports that appear on the Cashier's account are only Inventory Report.
