iSeller support Pre-Order feature. To find out how to activate this feature, please follow steps below.
In POS App, in the Payment Method page, press the three dots button at the top left, you will see a drop down menu as shown below. Untick the Fulfill Order. When the Fulfill Order is deactivated, it will record this order is not fulfill yet when you complete the payment transaction.
Set Automatic Pre-Order
If you want to make all order automatically as pre-order, you can deactivate Fulfill Order Automatically in the Settings page in POS App. Please refer screenshots below.
After turn off the Fulfill order automatically setting, remember to press the tick button at the top right corner of your screen to save this setting change.
Once you have make your store to pre-order mode, you will have to manually record fulfillment status in system after customer had physically collected the item. Order fulfillment can be done at the POS App or iSeller web-admin, you can refer the Fulfillment (POS) article for steps to fulfill pre-orders.
