Record Stock of Goods with iSeller

To record stock or track product inventory, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Please go to the product page where you want to record stock.

Step 2: Activate the button next to "Track inventory with iSeller".

Step 3: When you activate "Track inventory with iSeller" you will find additional forms like the following picture.

Here's an additional explanation of the form:

Unit of Measurement: The unit of measurement for the product. Unit of measurement you can fill freely, for example grams (gr), milliliter (ml), pieces (pcs), and others.

Alert at Stock: We will send email notifications and / or iSeller application notifications when the amount of stock is the same or less than the minimum stock amount to be alerts. To set up notifications please read the Notification Settings.

Quantity: The total number of stock of the product in each outlet. If you have more than one outlet, you can fill the number of stock products at each outlet as shown below.

Continue selling when sold out: When the button is activated, you can continue to sell even if the goods are out of stock. If it is deactivated, the customer will not be able to buy the product and your customer will find something like this on the POS.

Similar to the appearance of your Online Store, if the button is deactivated, you cannot choose a product that is out of stock.

Pre-Order Product for Online Stores

iSeller provides a Pre-Order feature where your customers will know that the items to be purchased must enter the Pre-Order process. To activate the Pre-Order feature, you must meet 3 conditions, namely:

  • Track Inventory with iSeller must be Active

  • Continue selling when sold out must be Active

  • The stock of these items must be empty or minus the stock which is used for Online Store

If all conditions have been fulfilled, your customers will find the word Pre-Order when they want to checkout from your Online Store. Your customers will also find a Pre-Order sign when checking their shopping basket at the Online Store.
