This add-on makes it easy for your online store visitors to be able to chat directly which is directed to several messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Phone, and Email.

To make it easier for your visitors to chat directly with you using several messaging apps, make sure the Integrated Contact Us add-on is installed as shown below.

Integrated Contact Us Setting

After the Integrated Contact Us add-on has been installed in your store, please access the Apps menu then Integrated Contact Us to make some settings such as button position, margin, and specify your contact info for your online shop customers.

  • Button Position: In this option you can choose to position the Integrated Contact Us button either on the left or the right.
  • Side Margin: Serves to set the limit on the side of your online store page.
  • Bottom Margin: Serves to set the limit for your online store's bottom page.
  • Enable WhatsApp: If this is enabled, you can specify WhatsApp as your contact info.
  • Enable Call: If this is enabled, then you can specify Email as your contact info.
  • Enable Email: If this is enabled, then you can specify Email as your contact info.
  • Use Custom Icon: You can use any custom icon you want for your contact info.
  • Number: The number for the contact info that you have activated.
