This article will explain the steps to enter the serial number when completing an order at POS.
Step 1: Choose a product that has a serial number on your outlet.
Serial Number can be entered at the time before making payment and after making payment.
Before Making a Payment
Step 1: Please click the button that has been marked like the image below.
Step 2: Select Serial Number.
Step 3: After that a new page will appear for the cashier to enter the serial number that has been recorded on your product.
After Making a Payment
Step 1: Select the payment method you want to use.
Step 2: Then the Payment Details page will appear as shown below, then click the Complete Order button.
Step 3: After that a new page will appear for the cashier to enter the serial number that has been recorded on your product.
If you enter a serial number that does not match the serial number that has been recorded on the product, a serial number notification will appear that does not match as shown below.
