Customer Display is used for tablet display that can be seen by customers, display can be in the form of shopping lists, images and videos.
In this article, to avoid confusion, images with white tablets are POS and black images are Customer Display tablets.
Please download the iSeller Customer Display application on your Google Playstore.
Before entering the POS and Customer Display applications, make sure the POS tablet and the Customer Display tablet are in the same Wi-Fi network.
On POS tablets, please click on the menu in the upper left corner.
On the menu view, click Settings.
Enter the sub-menu Hardware and then click the ADD HARDWARE.
Please wait until the Customer Display tablet appears. Then please click on the tablet, the customer display tablet will be connected automatically.
You can see the customer display status on the Hardware Settings menu.
If it is green, then the Customer Display is connected and stable.
Congratulations! You have connected your POS tablet with a Customer Display tablet! All products that you put in the POS will be displayed again on the Customer Display tablet.
