This feature is useful when customers rent several separate tables and orders that come in at the wrong table. You can move the item to another table.
Please follow the steps below.
Step 1
Click the menu in the upper right corner of your POS.
Step 2
Click Transfer Item.
Step 3
Please fill in the following display that appears.
Following is an explanation of each column that you need to fill.
Select Table to Split: Please select a table with the product you want to transfer.
Add Table: Select the destination table where the items will be transferred.
Number of person to Split: Enter the number of people who are on the destination table.
Select item to split: Select which products will be transferred to the destination table.
