Order cancellation feature is very useful for cases where the buyer wants to cancel due to certain reasons such as not ordering or over ordering. This article explains the steps to cancel a particular order.

Please follow the steps below to cancel an order that has already been sent.

Click the three dot icon in the upper right corner.

In the next screen, please click Void Order.

Please select the order you want to cancel.

Then press OK.

Congratulations! Your order has been canceled.
