POO is used as an additional cash register where promoter / cashiers can easily access it to speed up service. Ordinary POO is used for shops / restaurants which are large in size or have more than one floor.

POO is a POS application that is added as hardware to the POS application. In this case, POS is a master application where POS itself has control over POO connected to POS.

In this article, to avoid confusion, images with white tablets are POS views and black images of tablets are POO views.

Step 1

Make sure both tablets have the same wifi network. With Static IP settings and using the same IP.

Step 2

Please enter your F&B / Express POS with the same username

Step 3

On POS tablets, please click the three-line icon in the upper left corner.

Step 4

Click Settings.

Step 5

On the menu settings, please click the column Hardware and then click Add Hardware.

Step 6

Please click Point of Order.

Step 7

Congratulations! Your POS tablet is connected to a Point of Order (POO). If the light is green, then the tablet is connected stably.
