To import a customer list, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Please enter the Customers menu.

Step 2: Click the Import button.

Step 3: Select the CSV file that contains the list of customers that you have created by pressing the Upload File button.

The following are examples of CSV template formats that we have provided along with the categories that must be filled in. By downloading the sample template, click the "sample CSV template" text.

Some of the above categories must be filled in order for importing the customer list successfully, such as ID and Name or Name and Email. If the results of importing your customer list are successful, a display will appear as shown below.

If you have finished importing the customer list, please click the Finish button to end. If you still want to import the customer list again, please click the Restart button.
