This article explains how to exchange the loyalty points that have been earned by your customers. Your customers can exchange loyalty points as a payment method using the loyalty points.

To redeem loyalty points, please click on the Marketing menu and then the Loyalty sub-menu. The Exchange Loyalty Points panel can be seen in the image below.

This feature allows your customers to pay for orders using loyalty points. To activate this method, please activate the Exchange Point for Payment feature.

When you activate the button, you will find a new display where you can set the number of loyalty points that will be used as the nominal value of payment.

In the picture above we can see that your customer can exchange 100 Points as a payment of Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah).
