This article explains how to change the iSeller subscription package that you are running. Please follow the steps below to change your subscription package.

Step 1 : Enter your Shop page then open the Settings menu then the Account sub-menu. In the Account Overview column, please click Change Plan.

Step 2 : On the Change Plan page, please choose which subscription package you want to change.

Step 3 : When you have selected the subscription package that you want to change, scroll down to see the changes that will be applied.

Here's a brief overview of the changes to be applied:

  • First Line : Summary of changing the name of the iSeller Subscription Package. In the picture above, you changed the Subscription Package from Advanced to Unlimited.
  • Second Line : The remaining unused plan usage will be used as nominal money which will then be deducted to the price of the new package. In the example image above, the remaining unused plan usage is prorated at Rp 5,594,400 currently.
  • Third Line : The remaining nominal payment that you must pay for the replacement of the Subscription Package. In the example image above, you have to pay the remaining payment of Rp 14,385,600 to replace the subscription package from Advanced to Unlimited.
  • Row Four : Information about the normal fees you should pay. In the example image above, the normal fee that you have to pay if you change your Subscription Package to Unlimited is Rp 19,980,000
  • Line Five : Information about the replacement status of your Subscription Package. Do you want to replace the subscription package immediately, or wait for the current package to run out.
  • Line Six : Information on the expired date of your package.

Step 4: After you understand and agree to the Changes Summary, please click Change Plan to apply the subscription changes.

Step 5 : An e-mail about the subscription change bill will be sent to your E-mail, along with an attachment on how to pay the subscription change bill. If you have not received the E-mail within 1x24 hours, please contact us via E-mail, Live chat or telephone. Here is an example of the E-mail that you will receive.

Please make payments no later than five business days to avoid any unwanted interruption.

Adding New Register

If you want to add a new Register machine, you will be charged according to the usage that has occurred. There are two scenarios for the Calculation of Adding a New Register. The first scenario is a calculation if you pay directly for one year, and the second scenario is a calculation if you pay per month.

Scenario 1: Calculation of Adding Registers with One Year Direct Payment

  • On 01 January 2018, you began subscribing to the iSeller Package.
  • On 01 March 2018, you want to activate a new Register and the Register Quota is empty. Register Quota Register is an additional register that you can for certain iSeller packages (Starter packages get 1, Pro get 2, Advanced get 4, Unlimited get 8).
  • The increment calculation is as follows: (365-59) / 365 x 250,000 for Registers at different outlets and (365-59) / 365 x 100,000 for Registers at the same outlet.
  • Figures 59 are obtained from the total usage until the New Register is activated. Because it was activated on 01 March 2018, the number of new annual registers was 365 days (1 year package) subtract by 59 days (January - February).

Scenario 2: Calculation of Addition to Register with Monthly Payment.

  • On 01 February 2018, you began subscribing to the iSeller Package.
  • On 21 February 2018, you want to activate a new Register and the Register Quota is empty. Register Quota is an additional register that you can for certain iSeller packages (Starter packages get 1, Pro get 2, Advanced get 4, Unlimited get 8).
  • The increment calculation is as follows: (28-21) / 28 x 250,000 for Registers at different outlets and (28-21) / 28 x 100,000 for Registers at the same outlet.
  • The number 21 is obtained from the total usage until the New Register is activated. Because it was activated on 21 February 2018, the number of monthly new register usage was 28 days (1 month package) subtract by 21 days where the New Register was activated.
